The Subbituminious Energy Coalition (SEC) is a group of persons or entities from the utility industry, coal industry, or railroad industry that are involved in subbituminous energy generation, production or transportation. Membership also includes persons or entities from non-profit organizations that provide support services to the subbituminous energy industry who wish to support the purposes and objectives of SEC. Our web site includes an extensive library of industry documents found on the Resources page. Members of SEC can access the full library by using the button above to login. The library is available to everyone, however, not all documents will be available.
