The following areas, not in order or priority, shall be areas in which SEC shall focus activities to support the Mission Statement:

I. Identify information, testing and technology needs for the subbituminous coal industry II. Identify national, regional, state and industry priorities, targeting subbituminous coal industry end-users, including federal and state agencies III. Identify control technology options for subbituminous coal industry and facilitate development and testing. IV. Organize regional information exchange forums V. Provide website for exchanging information and events VI. Participate in other coal-related trade organizations
